With AXA Global Healthcare you can be confident in the knowledge that with our medical network of over 2 million recognised medical facilities available worldwide5 the medical support you need will be there the moment you need it.
Yes, with AXA’s global health plans your cover travels with you, whether you’re moving between two countries or travelling further afield.
Our plans provide a range of cover from the essentials (Foundation) through to our ultimate cover (Prestige Plus). Choose the plan that best suits your situation and personal healthcare needs. Just some of the benefits you can see throughout all our plans include:
With a global health plan from AXA, your cover travels with you, whether you’re moving between two countries or travelling further afield. We’ll also give you the option to exclude the USA from your area of cover, which can lower the cost of your premiums, as treatment is often more expensive there. Even if you exclude it, with most of our plans, you’ll still be covered there in an emergency.
There are many factors influencing the price of your premiums. The most common factors are:
Payment is available monthly, quarterly and annually.
If you need to claim, we can often pay the provider directly. So, you can avoid surprise healthcare bills and instead pay a regular, predictable premium.
Don’t forget that if you leave your company, you can continue your global healthcare cover on a personal plan, so there’s no gap in your cover. You’ll qualify for a continuation offer, meaning you can stay covered for your existing medical conditions, subject to the terms and conditions of your new plan.8
This offer is valid for three months after you leave your company scheme. After this three month period, the option of having continuous cover could be more difficult. Please note, the benefits offered by our individual plans will differ from those available on corporate plans, so you should always check your scheme documentation.
